Cancellation Policy

All meetings will start at scheduled time with a 10 minute wait period. No-show within 10 minutes will result in host leaving the meeting and will required to reschedule meeting at a later available time. 24-Hour notice must be made to cancel or reschedule meetings. During meeting please follow instructions below. Respectful Conduct:​​ All participants must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. ​Avoid interrupting others, using offensive language, or engaging in any form of harassment or discrimination. ​Respect differing viewpoints and engage in constructive dialogue. ​Confidentiality:​ Treat all information discussed during Zoom meetings as confidential. ​Do not share recordings or screen captures without explicit permission.​ Be mindful of the information displayed on your screen during screen sharing.​Meeting Recordings:​​ Obtain written explicit consent from host before recording a meeting.​ Inform participants and host at the beginning of the meeting if it will be recorded.​ Store recordings securely and in accordance with relevant data privacy regulations. ​Security:​​ Do not share meeting links unless authorized from Activa Tax and host. ​​ For questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact Alex Lobos, CEO at activatax@gmail.com​
